If you previously failed to complete Account Verification (KYC), you can still re-verify by following these steps:
- Log in to the Floq app.
- Click "Re-verify Now" on the homepage.
- Take a photo of your ID card and make sure it fits correctly within the frame provided on the screen.
- Enter your personal information and ensure all data matches the information on your ID card.
- Perform the Liveness check by following the on-screen instructions.
- Your Account Verification (KYC) status will appear after completing the Liveness check.
Make sure you have entered the information correctly and followed the photo instructions carefully to facilitate and speed up the verification process (KYC).
