How to Top Up Crypto?

Here’s the guide to top up crypto:

  1. Click “Home.”

  2. Select “Top Up.”

3. Choose “Cryptocurrency.”

4. Select the crypto coin you want to send. You can also search for it in the coin search bar, for example: USDT.

5. Then choose the available network.

Don’t forget to always match the network, memo/tag, address, and make sure the coin is listed to avoid transactions being unfound, lost, or not received by the destination wallet.

6. Then tap “Copy,” “Save Image,” or “Share Address.”

On some networks (e.g., ERC20, TON, and others), sending crypto requires a memo/tag in addition to the address. Make sure you enter the memo/tag correctly so your transaction doesn’t get stuck (pending), fail, or go missing.

To view the memo/tag, you can find it in your app menu as shown below:
