External Transfer (Other Wallet/Exchange)
- On the FLOQ app’s home screen, select the Transfer menu.
- Select the cryptocurrency you wish to send.
- Enter the recipient’s wallet address or scan the QR code, if available.
- Select the blockchain network that corresponds to the destination wallet’s network.
- Enter the amount of cryptocurrency you wish to send.
- Check the Network Fee details and the estimated amount of assets to be received by the recipient.
- Enter the recipient’s name
- Enter the recipient’s address details
- Once all the details have been entered correctly, select ‘Transfer’.
- On the confirmation page, double-check the transaction details. If all the information is correct, select ‘Confirm Transfer’.
- Enter the OTP/2FA code sent to you via the security method you have selected or enabled for your account, then select Continue.
- Your cryptocurrency transfer request has been successfully processed. You can check the transaction status via Transaction History/View Transfer Status.
Internal Transfer (Between FLOQ Users)
- On the FLOQ app’s home screen, select the ‘Transfer’ menu.
- Select the cryptocurrency you wish to send.
- Enter the recipient’s FLOQ username.
Once the recipient’s username has been identified, the system will automatically display the recipient’s details, including:
- Recipient’s name
- Blockchain network
- Enter the amount of cryptocurrency you wish to send.
- The network fee for internal transfers is free (Rp0).
- If all the details are correct, select ‘Transfer’.
- On the confirmation page, double-check the transaction details. If all the information is correct, select ‘Confirm Transfer’.
- Enter the OTP/2FA code sent to you via the security method you have selected or enabled for your account, then select Continue.
- Your cryptocurrency transfer request has been successfully processed. You can check the transaction status via Transaction History/View Transfer Status.
