External Transfer (Other Wallet/Exchange)
1. Log in to the FLOQ app.
2. Go to the Transfer menu.
3. Select the crypto asset you want to send.
4. Enter the destination wallet address or scan the QR Code if available.
5. Choose the appropriate blockchain network.
6. Enter the amount of assets to send.
7. The system will display the Network Fee and the estimated amount to be received.
8. Double-check the wallet address, network, transfer amount, and transaction fee.
9. Perform security verification using OTP/2FA.
10. Confirm the transaction.
11. The transfer will be processed through the blockchain network until confirmation is received.
Internal Transfer (Between FLOQ Users)
1. Log in to the FLOQ app.
2. Go to the Transfer menu.
3. Select the crypto asset you want to send.
4. Enter the recipient's username.
5. Enter the amount of assets to send.
6. Double-check the recipient's username and transfer amount.
7. Perform security verification using OTP/2FA.
8. Confirm the transaction.
9. The transfer will be successfully processed and the assets will be received by the destination FLOQ user.
