Before performing Account Verification (KYC), make sure you prepare and pay attention to the following to make the verification process smoother:
- Prepare your identity card (KTP).
- Make sure you are in a well-lit area.
- Make sure you are not wearing any facial accessories such as glasses, masks, or hats during the Liveness check.
To perform Account Verification (KYC) in the FLOQ app, follow these steps:
- Go to the main menu/home.
- Select "Verify Now"
- Prepare your KTP and click Continue
Have your original KTP ready so the verification can be processed.
- Align your KTP within the provided frame (make sure the KTP is clear and not blurry)
6. Double-check that the KTP photo clearly shows the filled-in data such as name, date of birth, KTP number, and address are correct (you can retake the KTP photo or edit if the displayed data does not match the KTP).
7. Prepare the front camera to perform the video liveness process.
Make sure you are not wearing a mask or any facial obstruction, and you need to be in a place with good/adequate lighting so the liveness process can proceed.
8. Make sure your face is visible and within the red circle, wait a moment until the system can record your face.
9. Once successful, wait for the KYC result for up to 1x24 hours,

If the KYC page that appears on your device looks different, please update to the latest version of the FLOQ app on the Play Store or App Store.
