Hello Floqers, if you lose access to the phone number or Google Authenticator (GA) linked to your FLOQ account, you can submit a reset request through the form provided by FLOQ.
After the form is completed, the FLOQ team will verify and schedule a video call session as part of the security verification process.
Reset Phone Number
Use the Reset Phone Number form if:
- The registered phone number is no longer active.
- You have lost access to the registered phone number.

Make sure to complete all the required information and upload a selfie holding your original ID card (KTP) according to the instructions on the form.
After submitting the information, the FLOQ team will verify and contact you for a video call session.
Reset Google Authenticator
Use the Reset Google Authenticator form if you lose access to the Google Authenticator linked to your FLOQ account, for example due to:
- Google Authenticator being deleted.
- Changing devices or phones.
- Losing the device used for Google Authenticator.
- Unable to access the Google Authenticator codes.
