Hello Floqers, please be informed that the daily withdrawal limit is automatically determined by the system in accordance with applicable regulations and your account’s verification status (KYC).
After completing the KYC verification process, your account will have a maximum daily withdrawal limit of Rp500,000,000, divided as follows:
Rupiah (IDR) withdrawals: maximum of Rp250,000,000 per day
Crypto asset (Digital Asset) withdrawals: maximum of Rp250,000,000 per day, based on its equivalent value in Rupiah.
The withdrawal limits for Rupiah and crypto assets are calculated separately. Therefore, using the limit in one category does not reduce the limit in the other category.
Example:
If you have made a Rupiah withdrawal of Rp200,000,000, you will still have a remaining Rupiah withdrawal limit of Rp50,000,000 for that day.
At the same time, you can still make a crypto asset withdrawal of up to Rp250,000,000 based on its equivalent value in Rupiah.
