Before performing Account Verification (KYC), please prepare and consider the following to ensure a smoother verification process:
- Have your ID card (KTP) ready.
- Make sure you are in a well-lit area.
- Ensure you are not wearing any accessories on your face, such as glasses, a mask, or a hat, during the Liveness check.
To complete Account Verification (KYC) on FLOQ App, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Main Menu/Home
2. Tap "Verify Now"
3. Select your document type and issuing country
4. Prepare your ID card (KTP) and click "Continue"
5. Photograph your ID within the provided frame (ensure it’s clear and not blurry)
6. If the image quality is good, click "Continue"
7. Reconfirm your document type & issuing country, then click "Continue"
8. Enter your full name and ID number (NIK), then click "Submit Data"
9. Fill in your personal details, then click "Continue"
10. Complete your address information, then click "Continue"
11. Prepare your camera for facial verification and click "Continue"
12. Review and confirm all details, then click "Complete"
13. Once you see the success message, your KYC is approved!
Important Notes:
📌 Required Documents: Valid KTP (Indonesian ID)

All text is visible & matches your details
No glare/blur on the ID photo
Facial verification is done in good lighting
