Step-by-Step Guide to Register a Corporate Account Registration:
1. Register using your corporate email address (Note: Email changes are not permitted after registration)
2. Prepare Required Documents:
- Certificate of Incorporation and its legalization (e.g., approval from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights)
- Articles of Association (Anggaran Dasar dan Anggaran Rumah Tangga)
- Latest list of Directors and Board of Commissioners
- Business Identification Number (NIB) (for Indonesian companies)
- Passport/KTP of Directors
- Tax Identification Number (NPWP)
- For non-Indonesian companies: Provide COR (Certificate of Residence) and DGT (Dual Taxation Avoidance Agreement) Forms
3. Submit Documents: Email all required documents to: kyb@floq.id
4. Verification Process. Data verification will be completed within 3x24 hours
