- On the app's home page, select Login/Register.
Choose the login method you want to use:
Email: Enter the registered email, then select Continue.
Phone Number: Enter the registered phone number, then select Continue.
Enter your account password, then select Continue. If Passkey has been activated on your account, select Passkey to proceed with the login process.
- Choose the OTP delivery method via WhatsApp or SMS.
- Enter the OTP code received according to the selected method.
After the OTP code is successfully verified, you will be directed to the FLOQ app's main page and the login process will be complete.
Note: If Passkey has been activated on your account, users can verify using Passkey as a substitute for OTP. To connect or activate Passkey, please follow the guide in the following article: Guide to Registering Passkey on FLOQ – FLOQ
