Q: Do I need a Google account to join the beta?
Yes, you must sign in with your Google account. If you are not logged in yet, please sign in first.If you already have a Google account logged in, simply select the account you want to use for beta testing. -
Q: How do I confirm that I’m a beta tester?
After selecting your Google account, you will see a confirmation page stating that you are now a FLOQ beta tester. -
Q: Where can I download the app after becoming a tester?
Open the Google Play Store. Search for "FLOQ".
You should now see the Install button available. -
Q: I see a clock icon instead of the Install button. What should I do?
The clock icon means you're using a different Google account than the one you registered for beta testing. Make sure you are signed in with the same Google account you used to join the beta. -
Q: How do I reinstall the app if needed?
Simply uninstall the FLOQ app from your device. Then reinstall it from the Google Play Store while logged into your beta-registered Google account.

Q: Failed to install TestFlight?
Make sure you are logged into the App Store with an active Apple ID.
Check your internet connection. Restart your iPhone if necessary. -
Q: Unable to open the invitation link?
Install TestFlight first, then click the invitation link.
If it still doesn’t work, try copy-pasting the link into your Safari browser. -
Q: The app is not showing in TestFlight?
The beta testing slots might be full.

Q: How to reinstall the app?
Open TestFlight ➔ select the FLOQ app ➔ tap Uninstall App ➔ then tap Install again.
