Hello Floqers, topping up Rupiah on FLOQ is now easier with the introduction of the QRIS payment method. Users can conveniently make deposits through various e-wallet apps and mobile banking services that support QRIS.
With this method, users only need to enter the top-up amount, confirm the transaction, and complete the payment by scanning the provided QR code. The payment amount will also be automatically filled in when the QR is scanned, so users do not need to enter the amount manually again.
QRIS Deposit Terms
Minimum top-up: Rp10,000
Maximum top-up: Rp10,000,000 per transaction
Admin fee: 0% per transaction
QR code is valid for 10 minutes from creation
How to Top Up via QRIS

Select the balance top-up menu

Go to the Rupiah Deposit page

The QR code will be displayed on the payment page
Scan the QR code using a mobile banking app or e-wallet that supports QRIS. Follow the payment instructions in the app until the transaction is complete.
Important Information
Make sure to complete the payment before the QR code expires
If the QR code expires, users can generate a new QR code to continue the payment
Canceled QR codes cannot be used again
For QRIS transactions with pending status, the “Pay with QRIS” button will be available on the transaction detail page to continue payment or cancel the transaction
