A Passkey is a safer and more convenient login method to access your Floq account using your device’s screen lock keys, such as fingerprint, Face ID, PIN, or device pattern. Once the Passkey is registered, you no longer need to enter a password every time you log in.
You can register a Passkey through the following two methods:
Via Pop-Up After Login
If you have never registered a Passkey before, Floq will display a pop-up invitation to enable a Passkey after a successful login.
After logging in, select Register Passkey on the pop-up that appears.
Read and agree to the displayed Terms & Conditions.
Enter your Floq app PIN for verification.
Choose the Passkey method available on your device.
For Android:
Samsung Pass
Google Password Manager
Scan from another device (Android or iOS)
For iPhone (iOS):

Registered Passkeys can be viewed in the Profile > Security > Passkey menu.
Note:The pop-up will only appear up to once per day.
If you choose to skip it, the pop-up will not appear again until the next day.
You can still register a Passkey anytime through the Profile > Security > Passkey menu.
Via Account Security Menu
You can register a Passkey directly through the account security settings as follows.

Select Security.
Choose Passkey.
Tap Register Passkey.
Confirm using your device’s screen lock method, such as:
Fingerprint
Face ID

Follow the instructions that appear until the process is complete.
After success, the Passkey will be linked to your Floq account and can be used for faster and more secure login.
Additional Information
You can have more than one Passkey linked to your Floq account.
The list of Passkeys linked to your account can be viewed through the Profile > Security > Passkey menu.
