Forgot PIN Guide in FLOQ

To change your PIN due to forgetting it (forgot PIN), you can do so by following these steps:

1. Open the FLOQ app

2. Click the three dots in the top right corner when prompted to enter your PIN

   

3. Select forgot PIN

   

4. Confirm account verification (an OTP will be sent according to your account preferences, make sure you can receive the OTP)

   

5. Click continue

6. Enter the OTP that has been sent

   

7. Create a new PIN

   

8. Reconfirm the new PIN

   

9. PIN change successful.
