Consumers are required to read, understand, and carefully consider all risks described herein prior to using the services and/or conducting digital financial asset transactions through the Floq platform.
Trading in digital financial assets constitutes an activity with a high level of risk, including but not limited to market risk and technological risk. Therefore, each consumer is strongly advised to fully understand the characteristics and inherent risks prior to engaging in any transaction.
The trading of digital financial assets on the Floq platform is conducted in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations and is subject to the supervision of the relevant authorities and/or institutions in Indonesia. Nevertheless, compliance with such regulations does not eliminate the risks inherent in digital financial asset trading activities.
The prices of digital financial assets are highly volatile and may fluctuate significantly within a short period of time. Such price movements are influenced by various factors, including but not limited to global market conditions, investor sentiment, liquidity levels, and regulatory developments. While such volatility may present opportunities for substantial gains, it may also result in significant losses, including the potential loss of part or all of the invested value.
In addition, there are technological risks inherent in the use of electronic systems and networks in digital financial asset trading on the Floq platform. Such risks include, but are not limited to, system disruptions, failure of technological infrastructure, operational errors, as well as potential cyber threats such as hacking, malware, or unauthorized access, which may affect transaction processes, asset storage, and data security.
PT Kripto Maksima Koin has endeavored to implement reliable systems and security standards to support the continuity of its services. However, PT Kripto Maksima Koin does not guarantee that the services will be entirely free from technical disruptions or external risks beyond the Company’s control.
Consumers acknowledge and agree that all investment decisions and transactions conducted through the Floq platform are made at their own discretion and responsibility, without any coercion, guarantee, or binding recommendation from Floq. Any losses arising from price fluctuations, market volatility, liquidity risks, system or technological failures, cybersecurity risks, as well as changes in policies or regulations that may affect the value of or access to such assets, or any other factors, shall be borne solely by the consumer.
By using the Floq platform, consumers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all information, risks, and applicable terms related to digital financial asset trading, and to be bound by all applicable provisions.
